At Ottawa Shawarma Station, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality food and service. Please read our return and refund policy below:

1. No Returns on Food Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any food items once they have been delivered or picked up.

2. Refund and Replacement Policy

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please inform us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund if the order is incorrect when given to you. However, if the order has already been cooked, it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is incorrect.

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within 2 minutes of placement. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as the preparation process begins immediately.
